Job Description

As a Marketing professional in the automotive industry environment, your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing designs and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the sales of light motor and heavy commercial spares. You will play a crucial role in leveraging social media platforms, identifying target areas for marketing campaigns, and measuring the return on investment (ROI) to drive business growth. Responsibilities:

• Strong graphic design skills with expertise in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CoralDraw).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience in creating compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.
• Proficiency in managing and creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online advertising.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Excellent understanding and experience in e-commerce
• Strong project management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing concepts and ideas.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Managerial experience of a small team (at least 3) would be preferred.

Minimum Years of Work Experience:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a marketing professional, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and successful marketing campaigns.
• Additional certifications or courses in digital marketing or related areas will be advantageous.

Salary:

• Market related based on experience (please state salary expectations when applying)
• Own reliable transport required to commute between branches.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Public Holidays.
