Job Title: Social Media Manager & Podcast Producer

The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media Manager & Podcast Producer to become a key partner to our founder. You will own our content ecosystem, responsible for taking raw ideas and turning them into polished, engaging content that grows our audience and deepens community engagement.
This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who loves to learn, bring new ideas to the table, and manage the entire content lifecycle from strategy to publication.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar, utilizing a strategic mix of video, graphics, pictures, and text.
Create and schedule all content in advance across our primary platforms.
Quickly edit and post timely, short-form video content as provided.
Master and adopt the founder's unique voice and tone to ensure brand consistency and authentic communication.
Podcast Production
Manage the end-to-end production of our weekly podcast.
Edit raw audio recordings, adding intros and ensuring high-quality sound (experience with Descript is a strong plus).
Create compelling titles, detailed show notes, and promotional graphics for each episode.
Repurpose podcast episodes into short-form video clips and other shareable assets for social media.
Upload final episodes to podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Buzzsprout) and YouTube.
Coordinate with podcast guests to share final assets and promotional materials.
Liaise with our web team to ensure new episodes are posted on the website.
Proactively find new ways to promote the podcast and bring fresh ideas for growth.
