Job Description
Job Summary:
Develops and executes marketing strategies to promote company products/services, enhance brand awareness and drive growth. Balances creativity with analytics to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors and trends.
- Manage brand consistency across platforms.
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns (digital, print, social).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for results.
- Create engaging content (web, social media, blogs, newsletters, ads).
- Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Implement SEO/SEM to boost online visibility.
- Manage paid ads (Google Ads, social media campaigns).
- Generate and nurture leads for sales conversion.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality.
- Analyze market insights and report performance metrics.
- Strong marketing knowledge and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media).
- Experience in content creation and campaign management.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
