Position: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM EST

The client's company is a growing online business specializing in unique and meaningful products for its community. They are looking for a talented, self-driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join their team and take charge of their design, customer engagement, and online presence--allowing their founder to focus on B2B sales and growth.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role requiring creativity, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in marketing, social media, and process management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, be highly organized, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Produce 5-10 new product designs weekly using Canva
  • Customer Service: Manage customer service emails and respond to order notes in a timely and professional manner
  • Social Media Management:
  • Post regularly across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
  • Monitor and report on ad performance
  • Brand Growth Support: Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all channels
  • Process Management: Ensure smooth execution of recurring marketing and customer engagement tasks

Requirements:
  • Must be Muslim and understand the cultural and community context of our brand
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field
  • Strong design skills using Canva (or similar tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience managing customer service inquiries via email or chat
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with running and monitoring social media ads is a plus
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Flexible working hours, but consistent availability during peak customer service times is required
  • Exclusively dedicated to the client.
