Job Description
Job Summary We seek a motivated preferably female professional with expertise in real estate marketing/sales, event planning, and *Project management. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, organize high-impact events, and manage projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate listings (digital campaigns, social media, print media). - Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client negotiations and closings. - Plan and coordinate property launches, open houses, and promotional events. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Build and maintain client/partner relationships. Requirements: - Proven experience in real estate marketing & sales. - Background in event planning and project management. - Valid driver's license and own transportation* (travel within [City/Region] required). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Female candidates preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Real Estate. - Familiarity with real estate software (e.g., MLS, Zoho CRM).
