What You'll Do

You'll play a key role supporting our

sales and operations teams

, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, warehouse, and internal departments while gaining hands-on experience in marketing and wholesale management.

Your day-to-day will include:

Coordinating

wholesale/B2B orders

and preparing invoices. Communicating with customers on

order status, ETAs, and backorders

. Liaising with

warehouse and logistics

to ensure accurate fulfilment. Updating

product, pricing, and promotional information

on internal systems. Working through the company

CRM database

to develop and maintain client relationships. Assisting in creating

marketing materials, product listings, and campaigns

to support sales growth. Providing

sales and finance reports

and assisting with reconciliations.

Who You Are

A recent

BCom graduate

(Marketing, Business, or related field). 1-3 years of experience (internships included) in

sales coordination, operations, or marketing support

. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how different functions work together. Confident communicator with a proactive attitude and team spirit. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with

Xero, Cin7, or CRM tools

is a plus (training provided).
