About the Role:
As a
Marketing & Sales Analytics Intern
, you'll play a vital role in helping the team transform raw data into strategic insights. You'll support key decision-making by analyzing campaign performance, market trends, sales funnels, and customer behavior--ensuring our strategies are both creative and data-driven.
This role is ideal for someone with a flair for numbers, strong storytelling skills through visuals, and an interest in the business side of marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Performance & Reporting
Track and report on digital marketing campaign metrics across channels (email, web, social media).
Build insightful dashboards using tools like
Google Data Studio
,
Power BI
, or
Tableau
.
Monitor website traffic and campaign analytics through
Google Analytics
, identifying trends and patterns.
Assist in refining targeting strategies based on audience behavior and performance data.
Sales Funnel Analysis
Evaluate lead generation and sales conversion metrics across the pipeline.
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions using CRM and spreadsheet data.
Collaborate with the sales team to define, track, and report key sales KPIs.
Business Intelligence Support
Develop regular reports that guide the sales and marketing team in decision-making.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and risks.
Participate in internal brainstorming and strategy sessions, bringing insights from the data.
Skills and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed
a Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
.
Strong skills in
data visualization
using tools such as
Google Data Studio
,
Power BI
, or
Tableau
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
, with experience using pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
Familiarity with
marketing tools

Meta Ads Manager

Basic understanding of
