Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves introducing our products to potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales. In addition, the Sales Representative will be responsible for managing social media updates and marketing activities to promote our brand and engage with customers online.

The ideal candidate should be street-smart, approachable, and able to easily connect with people from different backgrounds. Proficiency in local languages is essential to effectively engage with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and promote company products to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

Assist in preparing orders for the clients if needed.

Deliver products safely and efficiently.

Keep records of sales, deliveries, and client interactions.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications:

High school Grade 12/Matric, and relevant qualification in sales/ marketing or related field.?

Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred). A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Working Conditions: Combination of Factory work, client meetings, and on-road deliveries.
