Our client is looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing / Public Relations / Sales Consultant to join their team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage marketing functions to promote the organisations services effectively.Establish and maintain strong community relationships through outreach and events.Consult with families to provide guidance on funeral arrangements, pre-planning, and related services.Drive sales for funeral insurance, monumental products, and pre-planning solutions.Maintain accurate administrative records of visits and consultations.Assist in operational functions within the funeral home as needed.Qualifications and SkillsExceptional Communication Skills: Ability to connect with families empathetically and professionally.Empathy and Compassion: A genuine desire to assist families during challenging times.Proven Sales Ability: Experience in selling insurance, monumental products, or similar services is a plus.Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles and community engagement.Administrative Proficiency: Well-organized with the ability to maintain detailed records.Local Knowledge: Established in the Durban area with an understanding of the local community.All-Rounder Approach: Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and make a meaningful impact.If you are a proactive, community-minded individual who thrives in a multifaceted role, we would love to hear from you.
