Previous Experience & Requirements

5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or marketing project management.
Hands-on experience and demonstrated success in executing omni-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital, ATL, retail, events, social media).
Experience collaborating with external agencies, vendors, and sponsorship/partnership partners.
Background in fast-paced, consumer-facing industry is advantageous.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on execution and continuous improvement.
Highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic, changing environments.
Collaborative marketer with a proactive approach to driving campaign execution and team coordination.
