The Marketing Operations role will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving commercial success. Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Support

:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Help develop creative content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.

Content Creation and Management

:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Support in biannual refresh of marketing materials

Marketing Analytics and Performance Measurement:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up activities. Oversee and provide analytics on local website. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Ensure completion of in country event workflows and payments (AST Support)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience in marketing, internships or entry-level roles in marketing preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software) is a plus. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing strategies and tools.
