ROLE OVERVIEW
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Time Zone: Eastern Time
Start Date: As soon as possible (ideally within three weeks)
Employment Model: Talent on Demand (preferred, due to support needs)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate the marketing calendar across various projects.
Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish, liaising with vendors and ensuring deliverables are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
Conduct research and provide insights to enhance the consumer experience and improve marketing materials.
HARD SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably with high-growth DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
Strong understanding of project management and vendor coordination.
Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
