A Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably Facilities Management, Security Services or B2B industry experience.
Experience in managing ATL and BTL campaigns from concept to completion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, social media platforms).
Knowledge of digital marketing principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Regional Business Development Executives to develop annual and quarterly and marketing plans that align with the national promotional calendar
Coordinate ATL and BTL promotional activities to support business growth objectives
Manage marketing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Assist in the conceptualisation, design, and rollout of advertising campaigns across print, radio, outdoor, and digital platforms.
Oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage relationships with creative agencies, printers, media partners, and suppliers.
Coordinate stand-downs, corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and client functions.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activations in target regions.
Manage on-site branding and ensure maximum visibility for the company.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance ROI.
