To proactively develop, implement, coordinate and monitor the Marketing, Advertising and Media strategies for Client Segments (Business & Commercial Clients, Consumer and High Net Worth, CIB) within Botswana in order to ensure consistent messaging across all media channels to build long-term brand equity and to deliver on the business objectives.

• The role requires an individual with a good understanding of the entire Brand and Marketing value chain with specific focus on Marketing and Communications Business Partnering that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices. Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into clear marketing, advertising and media strategies, integrated campaigns and deliverables.
