Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the full marketing function, assuming responsibility to meet agreed marketing / sales / foot count targets and standards in a retail shopping centre. To assist the team within the centre management environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent in Marketing or similar discipline.
- Must have shopping centre or mall Marketing Management experience - not negotiable
- 5- 10 years of working experience at a Senior level in marketing
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and communications.
- Conceptualize and propose Marketing Strategy for the Mall.
- Manage and update the company's Google Business profile.
- Manage website updates.
- Manage iPoint updates.
- Manage communications with digital agencies.
- Attend to public queries / complaints/ security issues that were escalated to this level.
- Manage and co-ordinate internal & external advertising suppliers.
- Good communication skills.
