You will be responsible for planning and executing an integrated marketing strategy spanning paid media, SEO, email, and social channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and leadership, you will ensure the brands' visibility and performance goals are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Define and segment target audiences and tailor messaging accordingly
Plan and manage a marketing calendar of campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activity
Grow and manage company presence on LinkedIn and Facebook with compelling content
Lead PPC efforts on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others, managing bids, audience,and performance
Conduct keyword research and manage SEO activities, including content and technical improvements
Collaborate on content and campaign assets like landing pages, creatives, and email flows
Drive and manage full-funnel campaigns with continuous A/B testing and optimisation
Track marketing KPIs (CTR, CAC, ROI) using analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards
Report campaign performance and recommend improvements to the CEO
Manage marketing budgets effectively to optimise results
Promote CEO thought leadership through industry insights and content strategy
About You
3 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with 12 years in a lead or managerial role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong command of tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing systems, and CRM tools
Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, campaign design, and marketing metrics
Strong analytical ability and results-driven mindset
Experience in the arts or creative industries is highly desirable
Creative, self-motivated, and able to manage projects independently
