Role Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting campaign development, client delivery and strategic growth initiatives across both organic and paid channels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, deliver insights to clients, and help guide the creative output of the team to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Delivery:
Support the development and refinement of marketing proposals and strategic briefs.
Plan, build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Own social media strategy and execution, including crafting content calendars and managing organic and paid campaigns across platforms.
Ensure campaigns are tailored to client objectives, audience needs and performance goals.
Creative & Collaborative Execution:
Work closely with and provide guidance to the graphic artworker to optimise creative assets and ensure alignment with campaign strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote and interactive environment to deliver integrated work.
Participate actively in team brainstorms and strategic planning sessions.
Client Communication & Reporting:
Serve as a key point of contact for client communication and liaison.
Present work, campaign strategies, results and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
Create regular results reporting, translating performance data into actionable insights and learn-ups.
Technical & Strategic Skills:
Apply a solid understanding of AI tools and workflows to optimise productivity and campaign results.
Contribute ideas and implementation support for SEO initiatives and/or digital PR activities.
Maintain a detail-oriented and organised work style to deliver high-quality outputs consistently.

Work Environment & Location:
This role is Cape Town-based or within the surrounding areas (remote-friendly, but local presence required for occasional meet-ups).
You'll be part of a dynamic, growing digital agency culture, working with cross-disciplinary teams and contributing to new service launches in 2026.
There is no direct people management responsibility; however, strategic thinking, ownership and accountability are expected.
