Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM CST
Compensation: Up to $2500 monthly base salary + potential for performance-based bonuses
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing efforts and lead us out of stagnation into sustainable growth. After years of inconsistent agency partnerships and lackluster results, we are looking for a dedicated in-house expert who is ready to take full control of our paid marketing strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal time and make a significant impact. You'll work independently and report directly to leadership, with the freedom and responsibility to execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and ideally YouTube

• Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and strategic targeting

• Develop and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI

• Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights

• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals

• Stay current on industry trends and digital marketing best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in paid media

• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads; YouTube advertising is a strong plus

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance or training

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Must not be working with multiple clients or companies concurrently
