Job Description


POSITION PURPOSE

This role focuses on promoting the company's services, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through various marketing channels. The Marketing Manager plays a vital role in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to support the organization's goals. The role will be responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing the marketing program as well as formulating and supervising product marketing, advertising, and promotional programs. The role will also perform marketing research as needed and oversees customer relations and ensures that the Company's professional reputation is projected and maintained.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Assumes responsibility for performing all Marketing Management functions.
1.1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for C&W | BROLL to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
1.2. Strategically direct the Client's branding and overall marketing efforts.
1.3. Create an annual marketing plan, budget, and monitor the performance of marketing efforts.
1.4. Supply an overarching annual marketing strategy, along with a quarterly marketing activities report.
1.5. Suggest and advise the Client on the best suppliers, tools, methods and vehicles to promote their services effectively. The recommendations are subject to C&W | BROLL approval.
1.6. Ensure and negotiate best value on behalf of C&W | BROLL. Any rebates offered by suppliers are to be disclosed and subject to approval by Company.
1.7. Coordinate and manage the tools and suppliers plus assist in procuring in-house support after appointments.
1.8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market insights, and develop effective marketing tactics.
1.9. Consistent management of the brand, ensuring that all set marketing objectives are met and a return on Client's investment is reported on.
1.10. Manage the enquiries and requests pertaining to marketing efforts in the Cluster.
1.11. One in-person strategy meeting once a month with each Divisional head to obtain confirmation of strategic direction, feedback on any running campaigns and review of key performance areas. Following those meetings, preparation of a monthly-status update to Executive team.
1.12. Utilise digital media platforms as the main drive for output and spend.
1.13. Ensure consistent application of the company's brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels
1.14. Ensure brand messaging resonates with the target audience and reinforces the company's positioning as a leader in the property industry.
1.15. Undertake the analysis of the digital marketing and ensure that the appropriate audience is reached and report monthly effectiveness and stats from campaigns.
1.16. Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize digital marketing efforts and drive website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
1.17. Manage Video or podcasts content creation (On standby - Note current facilities not geared for recording Visual or Audio sound Equipment, responsibilities of the applicable divisions of the Company to provide HD Quality footage or audio for digital editing requirements.)
1.18. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
1.19. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients through effective marketing campaigns.
1.20. Conduct regular client surveys to gather feedback and insights and incorporate them into future marketing strategies.
1.21. Client Brief Facilitation.
1.22. Proofing and quality controlling of all outgoing advert designs and press releases; submitting same to the relevant media partner.
1.23. Facilitation changes to artwork / campaigns, media deadlines and artwork sign-offs.

2. Assumes responsibility for developing and maintaining effective public relations with customers, marketing professionals, and external business contacts.
2.1. Establish and implement effective communication with outside contacts.
2.2. Ensure that requests and questions are promptly, appropriately, and courteously resolved.
2.3. Ensure that the Company's professional reputation is maintained.

3. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and coordination with Body Corporate.
3.1. Provide assistance and support as needed.
3.2. Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns.
3.3. Complete required reports, records, and related documents accurately and promptly.
3.4. Attend meetings as required.

4. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
4.1. Stay informed of developments in the marketing field and of markets affecting Company operations.
4.2. Complete special projects as assigned.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
1. Marketing functions are well coordinated and support organizational objectives.
2. Marketing research is valid, reliable, and a useful tool for management.
3. Marketing programs are appropriate, effective, and reviewed regularly.
4. Professional and effective public relations are maintained.
5. Executives are appropriately informed of activities and of any significant problems. Required reports are accurate and timely. Suggestions for improved performance are provided.
6. Marketing expenses are in line with the budgets.
7. Operations personnel are well trained, effective, and efficient. Appropriate supervision and assistance are provided.
8. Effective business relations exist with vendors, contractors, and trade professionals.
9. Adheres to ISO procedures and systems implemented.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in marketing is preferred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of Company products and services.
In-depth knowledge of Marketing trends and best practice.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to drive business growth.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 7 years' of experience in marketing, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the property or real estate industry.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong interpersonal and public relations skills;
o Excellent organisational and analytical abilities. Solid writing skills.
o Able to operate computer applications.
o Able to use graphic arts tools and supplies. Excellent leadership abilities.
o Able to organize, coordinate, and direct team activities
o Strong problem solving skills.
o Good communications skills.
o Able to use all related maintenance equipment and computer applications in Microsoft Office - Power Point, Excel, Word and Adobe.
