As Andile's Marketing Manager, you will be the engine for our 2026 strategic plan. Your mission is to execute the marketing initiatives that transform Andile's brand positioning from a specialist systems implementer to an innovation-driven capital markets partner.
You will be responsible for translating Andile's full-service portfolio--from our core
"Platform CoE's"
(Calypso, Front Arena) to our
"Run, Change, and Transform"
solutions--into compelling market narratives. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, this role is a commercial function, responsible for building a qualified pipeline and arming our BD team with the strategic messaging to win.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Execution:
+ Lead the execution of flagship thought leadership campaigns, such as the "Modern Treasury & Resilient Risk" campaign.
+ Develop and manage an integrated content calendar (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, social media) that articulates our full value chain: leveraging our
"Platform"
expertise to deliver
"Run"
(Managed Services),
"Change"
(Project Execution), and
"Transform"
(FinMio, Advisory) solutions.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM):
+ Drive the GTM strategy for our productized services, specifically our
"Advisory CoE"
offering (RRA Viability Assessment) and our
"Transform"
solution (FinMio SaaS platform).
+ Develop clear value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers) for these solutions.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Sales Alignment:
+ In close partnership with the Head of Business Development, design and execute bespoke ABM programs for our key clients.
+ Focus on strategic account penetration: creating and nurturing opportunities to cross-sell "Transform" and "Advisory" solutions into these key relationships.
+ Serve as the key marketing liaison for the BD team, ensuring they are fully equipped with the messaging and materials needed to win.
Digital & Brand Management:
+ Oversee Andile's digital channels (website, LinkedIn), ensuring our narrative--from technical excellence (CoE's) to strategic transformation (FinMio, RRA)--is consistent across all touchpoints.
+ Champion the 2026 messaging hierarchy internally to ensure all client-facing communication is aligned.
Performance & Analytics:
+ Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, focusing on key business outcomes:
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), pipeline contribution, and strategic account engagement

+ Use data to provide insights, optimise campaigns, and demonstrate marketing's ROI to the executive team.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Education:
A recognised degree or diploma in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Strategy, or a related field.
Experience:
5-10 years of strategic B2B marketing experience.
Industry Expertise:
Demonstrable experience in
financial services, global markets, FinTech, professional services, or enterprise software
is ideal.
Domain Knowledge:
A strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and the financial services ecosystem.
Content & Campaign Mastery:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful, content-led thought leadership campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM (e.g., FreshSales), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
