If yes, we want you to join our Centre as Marketing Manager and lead our onsite marketing function.
What you'll do
Develop and manage the Centre's annual marketing strategy and budget; oversee daily execution and budget control.
Lead the Centre's brand strategy and advertising plan; manage creative campaigns, media planning, and production; act as primary brand custodian.
Plan, promote, and manage promotions and events to boost brand awareness, foot traffic, dwell time, and sales; secure sponsorships where possible.
Drive digital and social media strategy; manage Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, app engagement, and website improvements; ensure brand-consistent engagement.
Lead media relations, PR, and publicity; develop PR strategies, press releases, journalist relationships, and crisis communications.
Oversee exhibitions, indoor/outdoor sales, and related income targets; manage external agencies and contractual SLAs.
Develop and implement the Centre's CSI program and tenant relationship plan; support new store openings and tenant marketing needs.
Prepare regional/monthly reports for Centre owners; lead research initiatives and tenant communications.
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team; ensure well-documented processes, records, and governance.

What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Marketing Manager in a retail environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
Strong leadership and management experience; results-driven, problem solver, organized, detail-oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional credibility and a well-established industry reputation
