Go the distance! We have a super in-office opportunity for a creative, and resourceful Marketing Manager to work at a successful retail brand company based in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs.
This is a hands-on role for a Marketing Manager who can develop, maintain and implement marketing strategies that drive sales, strengthen brand equity and support long-term growth. You'll be deeply involved in shaping holistic, customer-focused marketing initiatives across multiple channels, working both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, results-driven retail environment.
The successful candidate will bring a strong passion for brands, an entrepreneurial mindset and the determination to see ideas through from concept to execution. High energy, sound judgement and the ability to identify and act quickly on opportunities are essential, along with the confidence to assess risk and make considered recommendations to the Marketing Executive.
You'll play a key role in influencing national marketing strategy and brand identity, while helping to drive the e-commerce division forward through engaging digital experiences that convert. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic retail environment, supported by a collaborative culture with room for creativity, innovation and ownership.
