Job Description

Are you a creative, strategic, and fashion-savvy marketer? Were looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our clients fashion brands marketing initiatives, drive customer engagement, and grow our presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to fashion retail and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints - online, social media, and in-store.
  • Lead digital campaigns, including social media content, influencer collaborations, and email marketing.
  • Analyse fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI on campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, store operations, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Track and report campaign performance, optimising for engagement, conversion, and sales.
Who Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3 - 4 years marketing experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content creation in fashion.
Creative, trend-aware, and commercially focused.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
