Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee the company's marketing strategy, manage online and social media platforms, create engaging content, and support relationship-building initiatives. This role requires strong creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to plan and execute marketing activities that support brand growth.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency, manage campaigns, coordinate events, and ensure that all marketing activities support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Management

Manage all online and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc). Develop and implement digital content calendars. Monitor platform performance, analytics, and audience engagement. Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and tone across all channels.

Content Creation

Develop high-quality content including posts, videos, graphics, and marketing copy. Collaborate with designers, photographers, or external creators when needed. Plan and execute campaigns aligned with product launches, events, or promotions. Maintain a library of content assets for ongoing use.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, influencers, and stakeholders. Support PR activities and community engagement initiatives. Represent the company professionally in all external engagements.

Events & Networking

Plan and coordinate marketing events, workshops, exhibitions, and brand activations. Attend networking functions to promote the company and build new connections. Support event logistics, marketing materials, and onsite coordination. Track event performance, leads, and follow-up actions.

Marketing Coordination & Reporting

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure alignment. Prepare reports on campaign performance, social metrics, and engagement trends. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of activities.

Requirements

3+ years

experience in marketing, communications, or related fields. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, visuals, editing). Experience in event planning, coordination, and networking. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools (advantage). Organised, creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
