RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced MARKETING MANAGER for a large national concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
English / Afrikaans speaking person (person must be able to read / write / speak in both English and Afrikaans).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Other relevant programmes.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, within a senior leadership or management role.
Experience in managing a diverse marketing team and collaborating with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and
initiatives.
Technological proficiency in managing inventory via Evo, creating reports in Microsoft Excel, and using Monday.com to streamline marketing workflows and manage event logistics.
Advertising and digital marketing.
Content development and document standards.
Broker consultant and stakeholder coordination.
Event and marketing asset management.
Strategic marketing and communication.
