Job Summary
Marketing Manager | Luxury Travel Company | Heidelberg or Remote
Salary: R20,000 - R30,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-Out Position
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager for one of our clients, a high-end luxury travel company. This role can be based in Heidelberg or performed remotely, offering flexibility for a marketing professional with a passion for travel, storytelling, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and social media
Plan and implement online and offline campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
Oversee content creation, including blogs, newsletters, marketing collateral, and product descriptions
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and monitor performance
Analyse marketing data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to support company growth
Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials and brochures
Build and maintain relationships with PR partners, media, and tourism boards
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events as needed
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in the travel or luxury lifestyle industry
Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data interpretation
Proficiency in design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) and CMS platforms
Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and email marketing tools
A self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for the travel industry
South African citizenship or valid work permit
