Job Summary ? Marketing Manager | Luxury Food & Beverage Consultancy | Cape Town ? Location: Cape Town, with occasional travel to St Francis Bay ? Salary: R40,000 - R50,000 per month (Negotiable, DOE) ? Hours: Full-time Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join a prestigious luxury food and beverage consultancy . This role will oversee marketing activities for a portfolio of high-end restaurants across Cape Town and St Francis Bay ; ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and growth across all venues. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple luxury restaurant brands Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and overall brand communications Oversee content creation including photography, press releases, and promotional materials Collaborate with restaurant teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness Coordinate and attend promotional events as required Requirements & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the hospitality or F&B industry Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and audience engagement Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics Willingness to travel occasionally between properties Personal Attributes: Results-driven and proactive Creative with a flair for engaging high-end audiences Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Passionate about luxury hospitality and brand storytelling
