Salary: R 40 000,00 - R 52 000,00 CTC per month (depending on experience)
Location: Johannesburg, North (Hybrid - 3 x per week in-office)
Overview:
A fast-growing tech company building an AI-powered compliance and security platform for SaaS and tech firms is currently seeking a strategic and versatile Marketing Manager with a passion for creativity and precision. In this role, you'll take the lead on a range of key marketing initiatives - from shaping content strategy and managing brand presence to driving customer engagement, coordinating events, and overseeing website activities. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and impactful marketing execution that supports the company's growth and brand vision.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats
• Develop and refine content strategies driven by data, SEO, and market insights.
• Collaborate on go-to-market campaigns and contribute to creative ideas that push the brand forward.
• Take ownership of the online voice, including contributions to community channels like Reddit.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Manage requests for marketing collateral across departments - including partnerships, sales, and talent.
• Be a true brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across every customer touchpoint.
• Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and conferences.
• Drive customer marketing initiatives from communication to asset creation and delivery.
• Manage website projects and updates (WordPress), coordinating vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of marketing management experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech space.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong grasp of content marketing best practices, SEO, and digital distribution channels.
• Experience using marketing ecosystems (e.g., WordPress)
• Excellent project management skills - able to juggle priorities and deliver quality work at pace.
• A creative, proactive mindset with a drive for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and organized
