Job Description
Our client, based in Johannesburg, is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy across digital and in-store retail.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive marketing strategy, campaigns, and activations.
- Manage budgets, performance marketing, and reporting.
- Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee in-store campaigns and brand consistency.
- Optimise systems, CRM, and marketing processes.
- Degree in Marketing/Commerce (BCom/BSc preferred).
- 5+ years in senior marketing/commercial roles (retail/consumer ideal).
- Strong performance marketing, analytics, and leadership experience.
- Commercially driven, analytical, and passionate about retail & sport.
