Job Summary
Marketing Manager Johannesburg
Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager in Johannesburg Gauteng with 5 years plus experience in the marketing of consumer goods/product/FMCG industry. The marketing Manager will lead the Marketing Department driving sales and revenue.
Salary: Salary up to R 60 000 per month
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in FMCG marketing
Proficiency in marketing software and analytical tools
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Marketing team to increase overall company footprint
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
Manage and track available marketing budgets with approved and non-planned expenses.
Approve and sign off quotes for payment that align with planned budgets.
Brief sales team on planned marketing activities.
Develop and manage a social media strategy and set a framework of objectives.
Identify key focus areas to drive consumer demand and secure sales.
Approve content plan and creative elements before being scheduled.
Review content reports and use insight to improve strategy to achieve objectives.
Prepare advertising strategy and budget allocation.
Analyze content reports and adjust strategy as required.
