Marketing Manager (JHB) Media/Marketing/Sales
Johannesburg - Gauteng - South AfricaENVIRONMENT:An innovative Solar and Battery Backup Solutions provider in Johannesburg is on the lookout for a Marketing Manager whos not only strategic but also hands-on and bursting with creative energy. If you have 3-5 years of digital marketing experience and a qualification in marketing, sales, business, or a related field, this is your opportunity to shape and lead multi-channel campaigns in a fast-growing company.DUTIES:Content & Social Media

• Plan, create (or manage creation of) 2+ posts weekly across platforms
• Manage social media channels: comments, DMs, reviews
• Mix of stills, videos, carousels

Digital Presence

• Manage Google My Business profile (reviews, photos, info)
• Update their WordPress + Elementor website (content, pages, uploads)
• Write and design bi-weekly email newsletters
• Maintain and segment mailing lists

Design & Production

• Create flyers, print material, and ad artwork (35 images in multiple sizes)
• Coordinate with print suppliers (street poles, signage, promo gear)

Campaigns & Strategy

• Write ad copy for Meta/Google ads
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy and execution
• Update pricing/packages across platforms and collateral

Event Coordination

• Plan and manage 12 events monthly (trade shows, activations, internal town halls)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years digital marketing experience.
• Degree/diploma in marketing, sales, business or related fields.
• Strong vlogging production skills: filming, editing, lighting, audio.
• Experience in renewable energy or a scale-up environment.
• Hands-on with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
