Marketing Manager - Fruit
Our client, a well-established Agricultural entity in the Stellenbosch area, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Fruit) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
To oversee and manage the sales and activity, emphasizing on the establishment of sustainable and long terms relationships with key customers and distribution partners in the international markets.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Agricultural and / or Commercial / Business qualification
- Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a commercial/ marketing role in the fruit sector.
- Good understanding of (Agricultural) technologies in the industry.
- Experience in the following: Budgeting and forecasting, relationship maintenance, sales and strategy, business development, negotiations, etc.
- Management experience will be beneficial and required.
- Computer literate.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Must have a valid driverxe2x80x99s license.
- Excellent key account management skills.
- No procurement needed.
The Fruit Marketer should be highly motivated, responsible, able to solve problems, function in a team environment, have good communications skills, must be proficient on Excel and Power point and be resilient and able to withstand the pressures of the tough Marketing environment.
Area: Office based in Stellenbosch.
Starting date: As soon as possible.
Salary: xc2xb1R50 000 per month (+ commission + performance incentive)
