Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and market share
  • Lead impactful campaigns, events, and digital initiatives that engage customers and drive sales
  • Drive social media and e-commerce growth, optimizing online customer engagement
  • Provide creative direction for major brand initiatives, including product launches and campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Monitor marketing performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Lead, coach, and mentor your team to achieve strategic objectives
What We're Looking For:
  • Business or marketing-related degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • 8+ years in Sales & Marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role in FMCG
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and leading conceptual creative development (design, art direction, copy, content)
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media and e-commerce
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and results-driven marketing
