Job Description
Seeking a Marketing Manager (FMCG) to lead strategic marketing plans, drive brand awareness, and revenue growth. Oversee campaigns, align marketing efforts with business objectives, and manage budgets.
Essential Qualification and Experience
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 8 years of Sales & Marketing experience with at least 4 years in managerial role in FMCG
- Proven experience in managing creative teams
- Conceptual creative development across design/art direction, copy and content
- Demonstrated experience in social media and e-commerce
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and digital initiatives
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, e-commerce, and online customer engagement
- Provide creative direction for major brand and marketing initiatives
- Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor distribution and implement marketing improvement strategies per channel
- Reporting on marketing metrics regularly
- Ensure team compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Employee management, coaching, and mentoring for team development
