Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with day-to-day operational, creative, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least two years' experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and is eager to learn about digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support in managing and updating website content, social media posts, and marketing assets
Coordinate content creation (copy, images, videos) and maintain brand consistency across all materials
Help compile campaign performance reports and track key marketing metrics
Manage internal requests for marketing materials, templates, or social media content
Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and basic CRM data management
Liaise with external vendors and agencies when needed (creative, digital, print)
Conduct competitor research and market analysis as requested
Help maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of tasks
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
