WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?A skilled Marketing Manager for multiple dynamic brands within the group. This position is critical for driving growth through effective marketing strategies, especially in digital realms. You will be responsible for overseeing marketing ROI, launching new branches, and developing tailored campaigns based on specific audience segments.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

ROI-Focused Marketing Strategy:

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies with a strong focus on ROI, especially for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously analyze and optimisw marketing spend to ensure maximum return on investment.
Timely Execution and Project Completion:
  • Ensure all marketing strategies and projects are executed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards and deadlines are met.
New Branch Launches and Tailored Campaigns:
  • Oversee marketing efforts for the launch of new branches, ensuring strong market entry.
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns based on specific audience demographics and behaviors.
Internal Marketing and Brand Consistency:
  • Manage internal communications and maintain brand consistency across all touch-points.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies.
Comprehensive Campaign Management:
  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for all brands within the group.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for innovative and impactful campaign materials.
Digital Media Strategy and Brand Touch-Points:
  • Strategise and oversee digital media initiatives to enhance online brand presence and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touch-points, both online and offline.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performances, providing detailed reports and insights.
  • Use data-driven approaches to inform future marketing strategies and decisions.
Event and Sales Promotion Support:
  • Provide marketing support for events, sales campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure that marketing initiatives are tailored to effectively promote specific branches or vehicle categories.
Cross-functional Team Leadership:
  • Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and project success.
Efficient Budget Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on optimizing spend and achieving high ROI.
  • Allocate resources effectively across various brands and marketing initiatives.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record in marketing management, with a focus on digital marketing and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in multi-brand environments and knowledge of the South African market.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
