Job Description

Our Client is fast-growing, customer-led organisation in a high-volume consumer and SME environment. This is a hands-on marketing leadership role for someone who can take ownership of digital growth, e-commerce performance, and integrated campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.



What you'll deliver (outputs that matter)






Increase online revenue and conversion through improved customer journeys, landing pages and campaign execution Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted digital marketing and lifecycle communication Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, social, web, email and on-the-ground activations where relevant Improve the quality and performance of leads and online sign-ups through continual testing and optimisation Build a simple, repeatable reporting rhythm that shows ROI, channel performance and campaign impact clearly to stakeholders Strengthen brand consistency across all customer touchpoints while keeping messaging commercially relevant Maintain reliable delivery across a busy marketing calendar, working across teams and partners to get work shipped on time

What you'll do (Core responsibilities)



Own the marketing plan for consumer and SME audiences and translate commercial strategy into channel plans and campaign roadmaps Manage website and e-commerce performance with a strong focus on UX, conversion rate optimisation and customer journey improvements Oversee email marketing and customer communication journeys, including segmentation, automation and performance tracking Collaborate with product, sales, tech and customer teams to keep campaigns aligned to real customer needs and business priorities Manage budgets, agency/supplier coordination and campaign prioritisation to ensure spend is linked to outcomes Lead and coach a small marketing team, balancing strategy with hands-on execution
