Job Description
Key Responsibilities
High-Quality Lead Generation
Build and manage performance-driven campaigns focused on bringing in
qualified debt review leads
. Optimise lead sources to improve affordability, eligibility, and conversion rates. Filter, test, and refine targeting to reduce low-quality or non-qualifying leads.Performance Marketing & Optimisation
Manage media (Meta, Google Ads, lead forms, landing pages). Track lead quality metrics: approval rate, conversion rate, cost per signed consumer. Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, and funnels to improve lead quality.
Sales Alignment
Work closely with Sales Managers to understand lead feedback and outcomes. Adjust targeting and messaging based on agent performance and objections. Improve lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-sign-up ratios.
Compliance & Brand Trust
Ensure all marketing is
NCR-compliant
and aligned with debt review regulations. Build trust-focused messaging that attracts serious, eligible consumers.Reporting & Analytics
Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reports. Own marketing KPIs and ROI reporting.

Pay: R4000,00 - R35000,00 per month
