Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to optimize reach and engagement.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes, informing future marketing efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to iterate and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and innovations in hospitality marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
At least 3 - 5 years proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage, accommodations, and / or spa services.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
