About the Role
We are seeking a creative and hands-on
Marketing Manager
to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience who thrives in a multifaceted role to make a tangible impact on a growing business.Key Responsibilities
Social Media
: Develop and manage social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).Campaign Management
: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility.Content Creation
: Write content for digital channels, newsletters, and press.Graphic Design
: Design marketing assets (digital and print) aligned with brand guidelines.PR & Events
: Manage media relations, write press releases, and coordinate corporate events.Marketing Administration
: Support reporting, analysis, and day-to-day admin tasks.Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Proven experience in marketing, social media, and/or design roles (2-3 years). Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities. Experience in property development/real estate is advantageous but not essential.
