Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Digital marketing strategies
Define and lead integrated digital marketing strategies across all digital channels to drive growth and customer acquisition. Develop marketing, advertising, and communication strategies tailored to brand objectives. Translate brand positioning into go-to-market plans that resonate across varied audiences.
Campaign & Content Management
Plan, implement, and control marketing campaigns and events across Faircape Life, Health and Faircape Group. Oversee production logistics--including sourcing quotes, arranging collateral, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring timely delivery. Manage website content and visuals to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging. Create social media plans and manage implementation with the objective to grow brand awareness.
Insight & Analysis
Analyse brand positioning, target market behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activities. Measure and report marketing campaign performance, focusing on ROI and key KPIs. Continuously identify and leverage emerging creative trends and opportunities.
Creative Development
Develop and produce campaign creative concepts from ideation to execution. Present final deliverables and copy concepts to internal teams and stakeholders. Proofread and adapt existing content for various platforms and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics
Experience and Knowledge:
Experience in marketing with various industries will be a distinct advantage
Must have hands-on campaign and event management experience
Extensive digital marketing experience (Social Media, Google Ads, running digital campaigns, lead capturing and SEO).
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to management
Experience working with Wordpress
Advanced writing and language skills
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Google Search Console
Skills & Attributes:
Strategic Thinking: Be able to think critically and strategically, aligning marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
Creativity: Creativity is crucial in developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out
Communication skills: Effectively communication is crucial for conveying marketing messages internally and externally. This includes written, verbal and presentation skills.
Project Management Skills
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Wordpress and Adobe programmes, e.g. Canva, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Deadline and result driven
Discipline - with regard to task completion and accuracy of data
Organised, with an eye for detail - be able to prioritise a varied workload
Excellent computer skills
Proven organisational skills
Able to perform under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines

Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 06h30 and 18h30.
