As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for innovative and dedicated team members to join our team of 50+ professionals.Position: Marketing ManagerLocation: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the CT office per week)Role Description:The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in managing and driving our inbound lead generation, paid media, PR, events, website updates, branding, and messaging. We are seeking a creative, goal-oriented professional who is well-versed in the world of marketing and possesses a strong knowledge of marketing technology.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers.Direct public relations efforts, including media outreach and PR events.Oversee paid media strategy together with the paid media team.Plan and execute industry events and conferences.Oversee updates to the company's website and ensure the site is aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals.Develop and manage the company's branding strategy.Oversee the creation of marketing materials and collateral.Collaborate with other departments to generate new ideas for customer engagement.Manage the in-house designer and work with the in house paid media team.Create & manage SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.Manage database and create company mailers.Create a content strategy and articles that are SEO friendly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Experience in the SaaS industry or digital marketing fieldProficiency with marketing technology platforms and tools.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Benefits:Flexible hybrid working environment.An additional day of leave for each year of service.Performance-based end-of-year bonus.Regular team-building events and office gatherings.Opportunity to work in a growing, global MarTech company.Recruitment Process:Initial intro with our HR coordinator.Assessment: Website review, Feature Campaign role out (Social post, article, mailer, strategy)In-person meeting with our CEO, Client Services Director.To Apply:Interested candidates are invited to complete the Marketing Manager Application Form.
