Marketing Manager (B2B Industrial/Tech)

Summary / Overall Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, market expansion, and brand positioning within specialized B2B industrial and technology sectors. This role translates complex technical product capabilities into compelling messaging while managing integrated campaigns across digital, content, and event channels.
Essential Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities
Technical Content Strategy
Develop and maintain a high-value B2B content pipeline, including case studies, technical white papers, application notes, data sheets, and industry-focused thought leadership.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to capture detailed product specifications and convert them into clear, market-ready messaging.
Ensure technical accuracy while communicating benefits to engineering, procurement, and executive audiences.
Demand Generation & Digital Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel digital campaigns across PPC, SEO, LinkedIn, targeted email, and other performance-driven channels.
Manage campaign budgets and analyze performance KPIs, focusing on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Collaborate with Sales to ensure lead quality, alignment, and pipeline impact.
Event & Trade Show Management
Lead planning, logistics, and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and technical webinars relevant to telecom, power systems, and industrial markets.
Manage booth design, event collateral, promotional materials, and pre/post-show lead capture strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and consistent brand representation.
Market Analysis & Sales Enablement
Conduct detailed market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in telecom, power, and industrial infrastructure.
Develop sales enablement materials--including pitch decks, battle cards, and product presentations--that clearly articulate technical differentiation and value proposition.
Support Sales with tools and insights that improve engagement and win rates.
Job Requirements (Skills & Experience)
Experience
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technical products, industrial manufacturing, or telecom/technology solutions.
Technical Content Expertise
Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and market complex technical products (e.g., electrical components, power systems, surge protection solutions).
Digital Marketing Skills
Hands-on proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), as well as analytics tools.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, PPC optimization, and digital funnel strategy.
Communication
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling technical marketing content.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate strategic plans to executive leadership.
Work Environment
This is a full-time remote position requiring strong autonomy, excellent time management, and consistent collaboration with global R&D, Engineering, and Product teams.
