Job Summary We are looking for a vibrant and energetic full-time employee in our marketing department. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Calling clients who have sent through enquiries and requested to be contacted - Following up with leads from various platforms - Maintaining a high conversion rate by converting leads to registrations - Assisting with any auction related customer enquiries and registrations - Assisting clients during auctions with technical support for bidding and registrations Having a foundational background in trucks & construction equipment and knowledge is an advantage. Must be willing to learn. Must be well spoken & presentable, professional with good communication & telephone skills, computer literate (Microsoft Office), attention to detail & patience with clients. Languages: English/Afrikaans, Zulu, Sesotho, Shona (advantage) Experience: Sales/Call Centre (advantage) Own Transport & Driver's License. Salary: Dependent on Experience - Negotiable.
