Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Support the development of campaign concepts, messaging, and marketing materials. Manage and coordinate multiple projects, keeping track of timelines, budgets, and resources. Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met. Assist in planning and coordinating events, including on-site setup. Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms. Help manage social media accounts and produce engaging content (graphic design skills are a bonus). Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including schedule coordination and project tracking.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Never participated in any funded or MICT SETA Programme.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Interest in event planning and coordination.
