We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated Marketing intern to join our team at South Africa's most innovative Window Blind & Shutter manufacturer. As a company, we pride ourselves in providing our customers with quality Window Blinds & Shutters.

Minimum Requirements

Current enrollment in an accredited program in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Familiarity with marketing software and online tools (e.g.CRM tools, Google Analytics, social media platforms).

Training in Design (Digital, Photography & Videography).

Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Creativity & a passion for marketing.

Good listener.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Skills

Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.

Prior internship or work experience in marketing is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, social media posts and newsletters.

Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project management.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities and performance metrics.

Help in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns, both online and offline.

Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Contribute to social media strategy and create engaging content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.)

Track performance metrics, campaign performance, and online presence through analytics tools.

Collaborate with the design team to create visual content that resonates with our target audience.

Assist in email marketing campaigns, including writing and segmenting lists.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new marketing strategies and ideas.
