About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Marketing Communications Intern
to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both internal and external communications while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
+ Assist in drafting and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
+ Collaborate with other departments to support employee engagement campaigns.
+ Drive participation locally for group CSR, DE&I and MyVoice initiatives.
+ Help organise and promote internal events.
+ Ensure compliance and consistency with the Group communication rules
External Communications:
+ Support the creation of content for social media and customer communications.
+ Assist in the development and dissemination of press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
+ Seek media advertising and promotion opportunities for the company - paid media.
+ Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on campaign performance.
+ Identify trends, makes data-informed decisions, and continuously adjusts strategies to improve effectiveness.
+ Conduct SEO research and web statistics reporting.
+ Ensure compliance and consistency with the Group communication rules
+ Ensuring content creation for the senior management
General Marketing Support:
+ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
+ Maintain and update marketing materials and assets.
+ Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, email marketing platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite (not compulsory but advantageous).
