The Role: Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in driving the company's digital marketing efforts, supporting brand growth, recruitment marketing, and franchise development. You'll assist in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across multiple digital channels while ensuring the company's brand remains consistent and impactful. This is a hands-on, creative, and analytical role for someone passionate about performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Adjust ad copy, targeting, and budgets based on data insights and objectives.
Create and update landing pages, website content, and campaign pages.
Improve website performance through SEO and conversion optimisation.
Design and adapt visuals, short videos, and digital assets for campaigns.
Monitor analytics and prepare reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Maintain brand presence across Google Business, directories, and social platforms.
Create and schedule engaging content for central social media accounts.
Conduct brand audits to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
Research and implement new digital marketing tools, trends, and techniques.
About You
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or digital marketing.
Skilled in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Strong knowledge of SEO and content optimisation principles.
Proficient in using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) for web updates.
Experienced with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for visuals and video editing.
Confident using Google Analytics, data dashboards, and Excel/Sheets.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
