Marketing Executive - Luxury Wine Estate
Franschhoek, Cape Town
A luxury wine estate in the Franschhoek area is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join its team. This estate is known for its world-class wines, fine dining, and premium hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract guests, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the estate's restaurant, wine, and accommodation offerings.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Oversee content creation for the estate's website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and campaigns to enhance guest engagement and brand awareness.
• Work closely with PR agencies and media partners to increase exposure and secure positive coverage.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
• Manage the estate's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales and guest experience goals.
• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a senior marketing role within the hospitality, wine industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Experience in event planning, campaign execution, and brand development.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the South African wine and hospitality industry is advantageous.
• A results-driven approach with a strong creative vision.
