Job Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role leads marketing planning, manages campaigns across multiple channels, and aligns marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social, email, paid media, PR)
Manage lead generation, demand generation, and funnel performance
Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts
Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI reporting
Oversee agency relationships, vendors, and external partners
Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team members
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and communications

Proven experience in marketing leadership or senior marketing roles
